Patrick brings 25 years of hands-on experience in construction claims consultancy, commercial management, quantity surveying and dispute resolution. Based in Birmingham, he has worked across civil engineering, water infrastructure (including AMP programmes), highways, building and fit-out sectors – advising subcontractors, main contractors and developer clients on commercial matters ranging from NEC compensation event management to claims exceeding £1 million.

His expertise spans the full commercial lifecycle: NEC compensation event notifications and assessments, delay and disruption claims, variation account disputes, final account negotiation, adjudication referrals and commercial management of complex multi-party construction projects across the Midlands, London, Manchester, Leeds and the wider UK.

Mohammed Abubokor

Principal Consultant – International Operations

Mohammed has 15 years of experience in construction claims consultancy, commercial management and dispute resolution with a particular focus on international projects. Based in Dubai, he brings deep expertise in FIDIC contracts and the unique commercial challenges that arise on cross-border infrastructure and building projects across the Middle East.

He has worked extensively with main contractors, specialist subcontractors and international developers – helping clients navigate complex multi-party disputes, FIDIC extension of time claims, cost management challenges and final account resolution on large-scale international construction projects.
